## Who you work with

MonoBlock is founder-led by design. The two people you meet on the first call are the same
people who shape the strategy, build the systems, and answer for the results.

Our two founders bring together deep product expertise and a track record of building at scale. One led the product function at Dubizzle from its earliest days through to the acquisition by Bayut, then went on to lead product at Talabat and growth at MySyara, developing an unusually practical understanding of how businesses grow from small teams into large enterprises across ecommerce, quick commerce, automotive, and marketplace models, with broad exposure to the technologies that underpin them.

The other built Pepper Media from zero to $3M ARR and a 120-person team before its acquisition by Network18 (Reliance), took Aaj Tak to the world's largest YouTube news channel, scaled Sony's channels into the global top five, and grew iStream OTT from zero to 200,000 paid subscribers, drawing on eighteen years across Oracle, petrochemicals, travel, and digital media. Between them, they have taken products and platforms from first launch to market leadership, and they bring that same discipline to everything we build.
