## The challenge

Dubai's premier automotive gathering ran exhibitor registration on forms, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Every event cycle meant manual vetting, duplicate entries, and no single source of truth.

## What we built

We built a custom registration and approval platform: exhibitors apply with their vehicle details, organisers review and approve from one dashboard, and confirmations go out automatically.

## The outcome

Registration now runs itself. The organising team reviews applications instead of chasing them, and every event starts with clean, structured exhibitor data.
